Meet the Team: Fin Clouder - Customer Support Advisor

Today we’re catching up with Tangelo Exeter’s Customer Support Advisor Fin Clouder. Find out what a typical day looks like for him, his dream car, and his interesting fact!

What’s your role at Tangelo Used Cars and what does a typical day look like for you?

Customer Support Advisor, taking leads trying to close deals and keep all my customers happy and satisfied.

How long have you worked in the motor industry?

I have been in the motor industry for three and a half years, my whole working life so far!

What’s your favourite part of the job?

Getting those deals closed, can’t beat it. Also seeing the customers happy with their new cars!

What do you like doing in your spare time?

I like going to the gym obviously, the pub too. I spend a lot of my annual leave on going to big music events, I recently took up golf, I also enjoy watching football, and I’m something of a Lego star wars collector too.

What’s your favourite driving song?

Die Young by Kesha.

What’s your dream car?

I’ve wanted a Citroen AX GT, ever since I saw my colleague Joe Hurrell’s old YouTube video on how great they are.

If you had a mascot, what would it be?  

Probably a grizzly bear, because I believe it would beat a silver back gorilla in a fight to the death. Hard as nails those things.

What’s your guilty pleasure playlist or TV show or film?

Massive Star Wars fan, absolutely love it, will watch anything Star Wars over and over again, except the new ones - I like to believe they don’t exist.

What’s a fun fact your colleagues might not know about you?

I lived on a bus for a bit when I was a kid, not with other people on obviously, just me and my mum.

Where would be your dream holiday destination?

I would like to take up skiing, I’ve never been and want to learn, I imagine I'd be pretty good off the rip.
